In a global world, Tristone takes its business responsibility towards employees, customers and suppliers seriously. In our Code of Conduct and our Supplier Code of Conduct we define the standards that apply for the Tristone Group.

Nevertheless, in some situations unfortunately not everyone acts accordingly, which can result in different kinds of problems. For example, breaches of health and safety standards or environmental standards, fraud, bribery, mobbing or harassment. Such non-compliancecan cause serious problems for individuals and the environment and need to be brought to the attention of group management. 

The Tristone Group takes these topics seriously, and is committed to follow up on every single case. As it takes courage to name such a situation while being involved, we want to make sure the whistleblower’s identity is protected. Those who bring this to our knowledge, are protected under the EU Whistleblower Direction 2019/1937 and shall not be discriminated or have any disadvantage. To ensure that, the communication with the Tristone Group is fully anonymous. Tristone Group is not able to identify anyone sending a message through this portal, unless the whistleblower decides to reveal his/her identity.

However, through this tool it is possible to stay in touch and exchange messages. Therefore, please save your login details shown after you submitted your message to be able to read our reply or further questions. 

This portal shall be used to report breaches against ethical norms and the corporate Code of Conduct. This portal shall not enable anyone to take personal advantage by defaming someone else.

Tristone takes every message seriously and will investigate the cases. We will let you know the outcome and will get in touch with you within a three month period with respect to resolution and/or measures taken by the Company.
